Shipping and Returns

1. Shipping

• Delivery zones: We deliver to France, Switzerland, Belgium, Spain, Luxembourg, and other European countries.

• Delivery times: Orders are shipped within two business days. Delivery times vary between two and four business days depending on the destination.

• Shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination. Free delivery is offered for purchases over €70.

• Carriers: We work with Chronopost to ensure fast and secure delivery.

• Order tracking: A tracking number will be sent by email once the order has been shipped.

2. Returns

• Return period: You have 14 days after receiving your order to make a return.

• Return conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged, unopened, and with their original packaging intact.

• Return procedure:

  1. Contact our customer service at team@aescend.io, indicating your order number and reason for the return.

  2. A confirmation with return instructions will be sent to you.

  3. Send the item back to the indicated address.

• Return costs: Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

• Refund: Once the return is received and validated, the refund will be processed within [number] days via the same payment method used for the purchase.

3. Exchanges
We do not offer standard exchanges. If you wish to receive a different size or model, we invite you to place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
